Through our Outreach Program we deliver high quality programs directly to your school. Our skilled facilitators are prepared to provide a wide range of programs, including team-building activities and nature-based science classes. We can customize these offerings to support a variety of curricular goals, and we can tailor the activities to meet the special needs of individual classrooms.

Portable versions of our Group Initiatives Course elements at our fixed sites enable us to provide team-building programs inside the school building or out on the playground.

This program is an excellent way to help first-time participants form a stronger sense of community and develop the skills necessary for effective collaboration and cooperative learning. It can also serve as valuable follow-up for students who have already to one of our outdoor courses or indoor leadership centers.

A variety of outcomes can be achieved in these programs including greater respect for diversity, improved communication, better problem-solving, and a willingness to accept responsibility for individual and group success.

Programs can be run as stand alone sessions or be integrated with current work in progress in the classroom. Activities can be designed to highlight lessons and add excitement to math, science, and reading curriculums.
