Challenge Course Technical Training for Camp Programs

Designed for camp staff who will be leading or supervising high adventure and challenge course activities during the summer. Update or learn the skills necessary to safely operate and manage group initiative, low, and high courses.  The five-day training will begin from the ground up, building on the basics of group initiative and low element activities and culminating in the development of technical skills and operations standards required for the safe management of static and dynamic high ropes courses and climbing structures.  Challenge course site management, risk management, program standards, and staff development and supervision will be emphasized throughout.
